Lisa Munro - Reflexologist and Acupressurist

Lisa is a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT) with Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) and has an Acupressure Mastery Certification.

Lisa's one hour Reflexology sessions treat the entire body. Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive therapy embracing the concept of holistic treatment. The feet are microcosms of the whole body and by stimulating the nerve endings in the feet she sends messages along nerve pathways to various organs that encourages your body to heal itself.

Lisa can combine this with Acupressure, an ancient healing art that uses the fingers to press key points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body’s natural self-curative abilities.

Lisa uses these two treatments to ease your body into a deep parasympathtic state, alleviate pain, lower stress, reduce anxiety, and improve overall wellbeing.
