SGI CANADA is covering Wanuskewin admission and parking every Sunday in August! Their contribution will enhance our learning experiences, including our exhibits, tours, presentations, and demonstrations, helping visitors gain a deeper understanding of the Northern Plains Indigenous Peoples’ culture and history.

• 1:00 p.m. – Powwow Dance Feature – youth & Curtis Peeteetuce
• 2:00 p.m. – Plant Walk and info table – with ethnobotanist Sandra Walker
• 3:00 p.m. – Hoop Dance Presentation & Teaching – Lawrence Roy
• 4:00 p.m. – Bison Walk (30 min)
• 5:00 p.m. – full site (including trails and playground) CLOSED
