Ayurveda is a holistic health approach that originated in India thousands of years ago. Ayurveda emphasizes good health and prevention and treatment of illness through lifestyle practices (such as massage, meditation, yoga, and dietary changes) and the use of herbal remedies. It focuses on rebalancing the life forces, called doshas, within your body.
I practice the techniques that Ayurvedic practitioners use to strengthen our inner balance allowing healing to take place naturally. Very beneficial for mental health and relaxation.
