Thai Massage is done fully clothed on a mat on the floor. It incorporates acupressure, movement, breath work and assisted yogic stretching for a dynamic body/mind experience.

My Traditional Thai Massage also incorporates Dynamic Thai Massage, inspired by the teaching of Ajahn Chaiyuth Priyasith, incorporating Osteopathic principles and techniques as taught by the French Practitioner David Lutt. This dynamic practice allows the practitioner to be fluid and creative connecting to the water element of the body. Dynamic Thai Massage has been described as Perpetual Movement Poetry.

Please bring loose comfortable clothing such as you'd wear to the gym or yoga class.
