These Breast and Chest Health yoga classes are designed with poses in mind to allow opening and expansion into your upper chest, while focusing on breathing, centering and grounding exercises. It is both for women who still have their breasts and want to support immune, lymphatic and circulatory health, as well as for women who have had breast cancer, either a lumpectomy or mastectomy and want to maintain the healthy functioning of their chest area.
