Pam offers Massage Therapy specializing in Breast and Chest Massage Therapy and Onocology Care, as well as Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Energy Balancing, Myofascial Cupping, Visceral Manipulation, Access Bars, and Quantum Wave Laser. She is also a Somatic Experienciencing Practitioner.
Pam offers classes in Breast and Chest Massage Therapy classes for massage therapists, Breast and Chest Massage online self-care classes and a Healthy Breast Foundations class designed by Dr. Kaur, ND.
She is a yoga teacher, with specific training in Oncology Yoga. She teaches weekly a Breast and Chest Health yoga class, both for women who are interested in self breast and lymph care, whether they have had breast cancer surgery or not.
Pam graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1997 and is passionate about working with people to achieve an optimal state of health, especially with a focus on women's health. She believes in an integrated approach connecting body, mind and spirit.
Her business name is Sephira, the goddess of divine intelligence and creativity, that which permeates everything. As a healing practitioner, she sees herself as holding the space for the client to deepen into their own divine intelligence, supporting the body’s ability to heal itself in an open, safe and trusting environment.
She is a community leader in breast and chest massage therapy and breast health education. She offers breast massage to women for conditions such as breast pain, breast trauma due to sexual abuse, or post-breast cancer care. She helps to integrate women back into their whole-body experience safely through lymphatic techniques, gentle massage, scar work, craniosacral, cupping, deep breathing, visualizations and somatic experiencing trauma recovery. She finds providing women the tools to get in touch with and love their breasts is empowering and healing. She has also provided important breast scar work for trans people recovering from gender affirming top surgery.
Pam provides lymphatic drainage support for healthy lymph systems and for people with lymphedema or lipedema, including lymph taping, lymph bandaging, and rental of an arm compression pump (click "Products" on the menu bar).
As an Oncology Massage Practitioner, Educator and Cancer Exercise Specialist Pam offers oncology massage for anyone dealing with cancer, providing supportive and caring treatments. She is also able to provide palliative care with her training as an End of Life Doula.
With Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation, Pam uses her intuitive skills to assess and follow where the tissue restrictions are in the whole body and gently release them. This allows for homeostasis within the craniosacral system and viscera allowing for easing of restrictions that may be a challenge to everyday life activities.
Through energy balancing, Pam connects to the client's energy field, aligning and centering the body creating balance and a sense of harmony. Her energy sessions include a variety of techniques from training in reiki, psychic development, acupressure mudra, ayurvedic, and chakra balancing.
Access Bars is a gentle technique Pam uses applied to 32 points on the head correlating to different areas and aspects of one’s life. The session connects with these energy points creating balance, instilling a sense of relaxation and calm.
Pam uses a Quantum Wave Scalar laser unit which works at the cellular level to donate light energy (ATP) while promoting anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. It can be used in conjunction with other techniques in any session.
She has also been involved in a variety of massage, cancer, lymph, and breast related research projects.
Pam has a loving partner and two amazingly beautiful and kind children. She enjoys leading a variety of pagan services throughout the year with the Saskatoon Unitarians.Pam enjoys yoga, music, dancing, reading, camping and being with friends in circle gatherings.
